3. Detailed Analysis: The Blueprint package includes more detailed, software-generated reports to analyze cash flow and net worth if required. This offers clients a comprehensive view of their financial position after the division of matrimonial assets.
4. Cost Structure: The cost of the Blueprint package is $975 (including tax) and further work outside the scope of this package will be billed at $150 per hour.

Divide Well is committed to protecting clients' personal information and outlines their rights regarding how such data is collected, used, and disclosed. The firm uses personal information only with consent and for specific purposes like communication, financial assessments and does not share information with unrelated third parties. Security measures are in place to maintain confidentiality, and clients have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of their data, as well as to withdraw consent at any time.
Communication
To serve you accurately and offer the most appropriate advice, it is essential that you are honest and provide full disclosure of your financial situation. Clear and open communication helps ensure your needs are properly assessed and addressed. You are responsible for communicating in a timely manner and we are responsible for keeping you updated on the progress of our work and will notify you promptly of any expected delays.
Compensation
Payment must be made as agreed. Payment is due 7 days from receiving an invoice and late penalties of 5% will apply if payment is overdue. Work outside the scope of the agreed plan or for additional time spent on your file will be charged at an hourly rate of $150.00. Fees for any other outside professionals (business and pension valuators, appraisers, accountants) brought into our process will also be paid as agreed. No outside professionals will be brought in for assistance and cost without your consent.
Complaints
Should you, for whatever reason, be unhappy or unsatisfied with my services, you are to contact me first to rectify the situation.
If I am unable to provide satisfaction, you may then call the Academy of Financial Divorce Specialist at 1-888-893-7526 for advice on how to proceed or to complain.
Conflicts of Interest
To avoid conflicts of interest Divide Well will not work with two separating parties individually. We will work with amicable couples who wish to explore their financial division options together or we will work with one party who can then share financial illustrations as they wish. If a couple agrees to work together all correspondence will be open and all financial information shared.
